1. Respect other people
- Do not harass, threaten, bully, shame, stalk, or deliberately intimidate another person.
- Do not attack people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or another protected characteristic.
- Do not post unwanted sexual content, graphic violence, or content intended to humiliate someone.
- Keep disagreements constructive. Repeated personal attacks or coordinated abuse are not allowed.
2. Protect safety and privacy
- Never publish another person's home address, phone number, private messages, precise live location, or other sensitive information without permission.
- Use live group location only for the ride you joined. Do not track, record, or redistribute another rider's location for unrelated purposes.
- Do not encourage dangerous riding, trespassing, violence, self-harm, or evasion of traffic laws.
- Do not use Long Haul as an emergency service. Contact local emergency services when urgent assistance is required.
3. Be authentic
- Do not impersonate another person, club, event, company, or public organization.
- Do not fabricate rides, manipulate metrics, automate engagement, or create deceptive accounts.
- Do not send spam, repetitive promotions, scams, phishing links, or requests for passwords and verification codes.
- Disclose a relevant commercial relationship when promoting a product, event, route, or service.
4. Share content you have the right to use
- Only upload photos, route files, text, and other material you created or have permission to share.
- Do not post malware, unlawful goods, exploitative content, copyright infringement, or instructions intended to compromise a service or device.
- Route names, descriptions, profile fields, comments, and messages must follow these Guidelines.
5. Use route information responsibly
- Do not knowingly publish routes that require unlawful access or create an unreasonable hidden danger.
- Clearly describe important known conditions when sharing a route, such as unpaved sections, closures, or difficult terrain.
- Respect private property, trail rules, land managers, event organizers, and local communities.
6. Reporting, enforcement, and appeals
Use available in-app reporting controls or email kaelcao7@gmail.com. Include the relevant account, content, route, or group ride and enough context for us to review the report. Do not put yourself at risk to collect evidence.
Depending on severity, context, and history, we may remove content, reduce distribution, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend an account, permanently terminate access, preserve evidence, or notify appropriate authorities when legally required. Immediate action may be taken when there is a credible safety or security risk.
If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, reply to the notice or email support with the account information and reason for your appeal.
These Guidelines supplement the Terms of Service. The Terms control if there is a conflict.
